    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in handling cash transactions
    • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
    • Fluency in English and local language is required, additional language proficiency is a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease
    • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with the necessary information about the hotel and its amenities
    • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
    • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
    • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless stay
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked
    • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
    • Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities to guests
    • Assist in handling reservations and managing room bookings
    • Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience
    • Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests
