Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy:

Experience in develop integration strategiesand design seamless integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC& S4/HANA as well as other enterprise systems such aspayroll time tracking and talent management systems.

Collaboratewith technical teams to implement integration solutions using SAPCloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middlewaretools.
Experience inmigration of SuccessFactors solution from SAP ECC toS4HANA.

Change Management:
Drive organizational change managementinitiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of SuccessFactorssolutions in integration with S4HANA. Develop communication plansreporting on progress/challenges and documentation to support userreadiness andenablement.

Project Leadership:

Lead endtoend coordination with SuccessFactorsimplementation and S4HANA project teams from requirements gatheringand solution design to integrate testing and deployment.

Serve as asenior advisor and subject matter expert in HR transformationinitiatives

Client Engagement:
Establish strong relationships with clientstakeholders and key decision makers. Provide regular projectupdates manage expectations and address any issues or concerns in atimely manner. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for theclients HR transformationjourney.

Functional Expertise:

Work closely with SuccessFactors team toaddress the dependencies with S4HANA and provide required supporton the configuration and optimization of SuccessFactors modulesincluding Employee Central Performance & Goals CompensationLearning Management and Succession Planning.

Ensure alignment withindustry best practices and clientrequirements.

Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with stakeholders tounderstand integration requirements on the analyze processes andtranslate them into functional specifications. Define project scopeobjectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with S4HANAscope.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality and accuracy of configuredsolutions through comprehensive testing and validation activities.
Conduct system integration testing (SIT) user acceptance testing(UAT) and performance testing to validate solution functionalityandperformance.

Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain comprehensivedocumentation including system configurations integrations andtechnical specifications. Conduct user training sessions whereverrequired.

Stay Updated:
Stay abreast of the latest developments in SAPSuccessFactors and integration technologies. Evaluate new featuresand functionalities to identify opportunities for processimprovement andoptimization.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business administration Human ResourcesInformation Technology or related field.2. 7 years ofexperience as a functional consultant specializing in SAPSuccessFactors. 3.Proven track record of leading successful implementation projectspreferably in largescale enterprise environments.4. Extensiveexperience in integrating SuccessFactors with SAP ECC &S4/HANA and other enterprise systems.5. Indepthknowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similarmiddleware tools for integration development.6. Strongunderstanding of HR business processes industry best practices andregulatory requirements.7. Excellentleadership communication and stakeholder management skills.8. SAPSuccessFactors certification(s) ispreferred.
