Position Title:

Geotechnical Engineer
Reporting to:

Location:Sanpada Navi Mumbai 1. Assistwith geotechnical field investigation efforts including SPTdrilling and sampling undisturbed samplingDCP testing CPT testing instrumentation installation andsubcontractor oversight.2. Coordinate laboratory testing assignmentsdata compilation and technical review oflaboratory results.3. Interpret and check field and laboratorydata. 4.

Under the direction of seniorengineering staff prepare engineeringcalculations/analyses related to materialquantities embankments shallow and deepfoundations settlement soil and rock slopestability and retaining walls.

Under thedirection of senior engineering staff perform slope stabilityseepage and/or settlement analyses insupport of dams and levees waste landfills etc.6.

Assist in preparation of technicalreports including compiling analytical data.7. Assist in planning the execution of workincluding subcontractor procurement. 8.Provide oversight of subcontractors including utility locatorssurveyors drillers etc. 9. Assist withoverseeing field construction of engineering design projects asproject needs arise.10.

Assist with the preparation of technicalproposals cost estimates engineering reportsdrawings specifications and other deliverables associated withdesign projects including day to daycorrespondence.

11. Interface with clientsfor assigned projects; communicate with clients on an ongoingbasis; respond effectively to meet clientsneeds.
