- Create engaging and effective visual content for multiple client brands
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Ideating and designing the creatives as per the client's brief along with your team.
- Proactively brainstorm with strategy teams to improve the quality of designs
- Leverage AI tools to create new and engaging designs
- Use a variety of technical softwares to design and produce digital and print collateral
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Experience: 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, compulsory in an agency setting
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Mastery over other tools like animations, editing and 3D rendering will be given due credit.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualise and execute innovative design ideas
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from senior designers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
