Responsibilities
1 Building and maintaining client relationships. A client relationship manager's primary role is to build a strong relationship with their client and maintain it for the duration of the service(s)
2 Serve as the primary point of contact for client's inquiries, changes, cancellations, and emergencies. Provide timely assistance and resolution to address any issues or concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
3 Act swiftly to address any travel disruptions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances affecting customers' trips. Ensuring Customers satisfaction. Let the customer feel heard
5 efficient customer service skills require an empathetic nature. Should be being able to resolve their issues with ease and professionalism.
