Content Writer

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Writer to join our marketing team.

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for designing and producing engaging content across various social media platforms to increase our online presence, attract potential students, and retain current ones.

Your content will play a crucial role in showcasing TutorComp's values, services, and the impact of our tutoring programs.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with TutorComp's marketing goals and target audience's preferences across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, FB, Instagram and more.
• Create a variety of content types, such as high-quality images, photo albums, videos (including live videos, short-form, and long-form content), text-based posts, infographics, tutorials, and interactive content like polls and quizzes.
• Tailor content for each platform, optimizing for engagement and platform-specific trends, while maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity.
• Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience feedback to continually refine content strategy and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to TutorComp's online presence.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Report on content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future content strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of content types across various platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt style, tone, and voice for different platforms and audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their unique audiences, and content optimization strategies.
• Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into engaging content.
• Proficient in content creation tools and software, including graphic design, video editing, and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
