- UK Payroll GL reconciliations.
- Knowledge of UK Payroll & Employee Benefits Accounting
- Intercompany transaction costs.
- Working knowledge of General Ledger, Payroll, Asset and
Liability Accounts for UK entities - Variance Analysis headcount wise Payroll file to Posted on GL
- Benefit Vendor invoice accounting and payments
- Payroll cost accruals and bonus accruals.
- Employee benefits (like insurance etc.) prepayment accounting and periodic amortisations.
- Knowledge of Wage element to GL code correlation
- Experience liaising with the payroll and benefits team on the various reconciliations and the related supporting's (UK stakeholders)
- Respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete knowledge of Financial Modules from Payroll point
- Payroll and Intercompany
- Reconciliations of payroll and Employee Benefit GL's
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skill
- Extensive knowledge of SAP T-codes
- Demonstrate flexibility in style and approach to problem solving
- Proactively build and maintain excellent stakeholder, customer and supplier relationships
- Strong influencing skills
- Able to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
