Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:
• Pre-payroll input data administration
• Timesheet Management
• Payroll Data Changes (e.g., Address change for new state)
• Data Entry - Direct deposits, Garnishments & W4
• Payroll reports review
• Process Spot Bonus & Commissions
• Administer Unemployment Forms /Questionnaire
• Administer Employee Queries
• Communicate with the retained HR team for any queries.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with procedures & client requirements.
• Act as a client focal point and maintain regular client/internal communication.
• Ensure process documentation and SOPs are developed and kept current.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
• Overall Experience Required: 3-5 years.
• 1-2 Years of Prior Experience in Payroll Administration Processes for US
• Strong communication skills
• Should have good, MS Office, Presentation skills.
• Graduate (Any Stream)
