    Overview:

    The InsideSales Internship role is an integral part of our sales team. Thisposition is responsible for supporting the inside salesrepresentatives and sales managers in various tasks to driverevenue generation. The Intern will gain handson experience andknowledge in sales techniques and strategies and play a key role incontributing to the overall success of the salesdepartment.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assist in leadgeneration and qualification through targeted research andoutreach
    • Support the sales team in creating anddelivering compelling salespresentations
    • Conduct market and competitiveresearch to identify potential salesopportunities
    • Assist in managing and updatingthe CRM system with accurate and currentinformation
    • Participate in sales meetings andcontribute innovative ideas to enhance salesstrategies
    • Respond to customer inquiries andprovide product information
    • Collaborate withmarketing team to develop sales support materials such as brochuresand presentations
    • Participate in sales trainingprograms to develop selling skills and productknowledge
    • Assist in drafting and sending outsales proposals and contracts
    • Conduct followupcalls and emails to nurture leads and closesales
    • Provide administrative support to thesales team including scheduling and coordinatingmeetings
    • Assist in analyzing sales data andgenerating reports for sales performanceevaluation
    • Participate in special salesprojects and initiatives as directed by the salesmanager
    • Adhere to company policies andprocedures while carrying out sales supportactivities

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Current enrollment ina Bachelor s degree program in Business Marketing or relatedfield
    • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational andtime management abilities
    • Ability to work in afastpaced teamoriented environment
    • Basicunderstanding of sales principles andtechniques
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite particularly Excel andPowerPoint
    • Excellent research and analyticalskills
    • Selfmotivated with a strong desire tolearn and contribute to the sales team
    • Abilityto handle multiple tasks while paying attention todetail
    • Willingness to take on new challengesand adapt to changing priorities
    • Understandingof customer service principles andpractices
    • Ability to maintain a high level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality
    • Familiaritywith CRM systems such as Salesforce is aplus
    • Previous internship or work experience insales or customer service is advantageous
    • Basicknowledge of sales and marketing tools andtechniques
