    Job Title: AGM - Medical Coding for HCC

    Location: Bangalore

    Roles and Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our medical coding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of medical coding principles.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coding certification from AHIMA/AAPC, with a minimum of 12-20 years of medical coding experience
    • Experience working across multiple coding specialties and operations
    • People and process management, including managing senior group leaders and coding executives
    • Ensuring the availability of coding executives to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    • Working with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and timelines
    • Strategic implementation of client requirements and goals, with a focus on increasing revenue share
    • Revenue and cost management at both client and organizational levels
    • Mentoring and training associates to achieve operational excellence and high performance

    Eligibility Criteria

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

    • A minimum of 12 years' experience in medical coding
    • Certification from AAPC or AHIMA
    • Excellent leadership skills and experience in provider risk adjustment
