Job Description :

We are looking for Software Engineers with experience building scalable and reliable cloud native services.

As a Software Engineer, you will be working on the development of the company's state-of-the-art AI platform that is used by our clients in some of the most critical areas that directly impact their key business metrics.

Ideal Candidate :

Strong development skills in Python or Java

- Hands-on experience in building REST APIs using framework such as FastAPI, Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience in using databases (both SQL and NoSQL)

- Strong understanding of building performant applications using asynchronous programming or multi-threading

Hands-on experience in service-oriented architecture

- Hands-on experience in using TDD, OOP and Design Patterns for application development.

- Must Have Minimum 8+ YOE in Software Development.

- Must have recent 5+ YOE in backend in Python or Java.

Preferred Skills :

- Hands-on experience in deploying server less applications on Cloud (Azure/AWS)

- Hands-on experience in building applications using AI models.

- Hands-on experience in CI/CD for backend applications

- Hands-on experience in Generative AI orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, Llama Index

- Has previously worked in a startup environment with high level of ownership and commitment
