Description

Technical Skills :

1. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Data Studio, and Cloud Storage.

Data Engineering :
Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including data ingestion, transformation, processing, and storage.

3.

Big Data Technologies :
Proficiency in big data technologies such as Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Beam, and Apache Kafka.

4.

Data Modeling and Warehousing :
Experience in designing and implementing data models for data warehousing solutions using tools like Google BigQuery.

5. ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) : Expertise in building ETL pipelines to extract data from various sources, transform it, and load it into data warehouses or data lakes.

Data Architecture :
Ability to design and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective data architectures on GCP.

7.

SQL and NoSQL Databases :
Proficient in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Google Cloud SQL, Firestore, and Bigtable.

Programming Languages :
Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in data engineering, such as Python, Java, or Scala.

9.

Version Control :
Familiarity with version control systems like Git for managing codebase and collaboration.

10.

DevOps and Automation :
Experience in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager, and automating data engineering workflows.
