Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head role for Retail & eCommerce having core exposure to Furniture or related product line with one of our clients who are leaders in their field.. The Business Head will be responsible for

1. Managing the Furniture/Ecommerce/Retail division of the company.
2. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing market trends, overseeing sales and marketing activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing a team of professionals.
3. Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy
4. Channel sales & Lead generation

Qualifications

• Experience in the furniture, ecommerce, or retail industry
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Proven track record in business development and sales
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication
