The RMO(Resident Medical Officer) with MBBS and Gynae exposure plays acrucial role in providing medical care and support to patients in ahospital or healthcare facility. They are responsible for managingand monitoring the medical conditions of patients withgynecological issues providing emergency medical care and ensuringthe proper documentation of patientrecords.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Assessing andtreating patients with gynecologicalconditions.
• Providing emergency medical careand responding to code calls.
• Monitoring andmanaging patient admissions transfers anddischarges.
• Ensuring accurate and timelydocumentation of patient medicalrecords.
• Collaborating with the healthcare teamto provide comprehensive patientcare.
• Participating in medical rounds andconsultations with otherspecialists.
• Supervising and guiding juniormedical staff and interns.

RequiredQualifications:

• MBBS degree from arecognized medical institution.
• Valid medicallicense to practice as a Doctor.
• Minimum of 2years of clinical experience with exposure togynecology.
• Proficiency in managing emergencymedical situations.
• Strong understanding ofgynecological conditions andtreatments.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Capability to workeffectively in a fastpaced healthcareenvironment.
