Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Assistant Manager – QHSE to plan, implement, and monitor QHSE programs in compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, leading workforce training, and advising employees on safety practices. Experience in the wind energy sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QHSE programs aligned with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements for the workforce.
• Plan and conduct various training programs related to health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
• Advise, guide, and lead employees on safety-related topics to foster a safety-first culture.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal policies across projects and operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure QHSE standards are integrated into all operational activities.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to QHSE performance and incidents.
• Experience in the wind energy sector will be an added advantage.
