    Job Description and Person Specifications:

    Job Title - Associate Dean (Academic Monitoring)

    Area - Administration

    Location - Pune

    Reporting Authority - Dean - Academics

    Key Responsibilities

    - Conduct academic audits to assess program effectiveness, compliance with accreditation standards, and adherence to institutional policies

    • Ensure that academic programs meet all regulatory and accreditation requirements
    • Monitor the daily conduct of lectures, including attendance, content delivery, and adherence to academic schedules
    • Oversee the end-semester audit process to verify the accuracy of grades, assessment methods, and compliance with academic policies
    • Address any discrepancies or issues identified during the audit
    • Implement mechanisms for collecting and analysing faculty and student feedback on teaching methods, course content, and overall academic experience
    • Use feedback to make data-driven improvements to academic programs
    • Collaborate with academic departments to ensure timely preparation of course materials, syllabi, and schedules for the upcoming semester
    • Handle any other academic-related tasks as assigned by the Dean
