- Handle inbound calls and emails from potential clients, providing prompt, detailed information and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Engage in proactive cold calling and email campaigns to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Create essential documents such as Statements of Purpose (SOPs), cover letters, and detailed checklists tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Provide ongoing support and timely updates to clients regarding the status of their visa applications, ensuring a transparent and reassuring customer experience.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and diligent follow-up.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client information, track sales activities, and document all client interactions to enhance future engagements.
- Keep updated on the latest developments in visa policies, regulations, and procedures to provide clients with the most current and accurate information.
- Share insights and updates with both clients and team members to ensure the company's services remain competitive and compliant.
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring industry trends, participating in industry events, and networking with potential clients.
- Generate leads through targeted outreach such as cold calling and email marketing, converting leads into clients by tailoring pitches to their specific needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visa Consultant with strong sales capabilities in the visa consultancy or immigration services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of visa application processes and requirements, particularly tourist and student for major destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland and the Schengen Area.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and close sales.
