    Job Description:

    As a Visa Consultant cum Sales Executive at The PARASHARS Visa Consultancy Services, you will play a pivotal role in both guiding clients through the visa application process and actively driving the growth of our visa services through strategic sales efforts. This dual role demands a combination of expert visa consultancy, robust client relationship management, and aggressive sales initiatives to secure new business and foster client loyalty. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa processes, particularly for Tourist or Visitor Visas and Student Visas, across US, the UK, Australia, the Schengen Area, Ireland, and Canada.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Visa Consultation and Application Management:

    • Provide expert consultations to assess clients' needs, discuss visa options, and determine the best strategies for their visa applications to the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland and the Schengen Area.
    • Guide clients through the entire visa application process, including form completion, document gathering, and submission of applications, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements.

    Sales and Client Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients, including identifying target markets, networking, and participating in outreach activities.
    • Handle inbound calls and emails from potential clients, providing prompt, detailed information and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
    • Engage in proactive cold calling and email campaigns to generate new leads and expand the client base.

    Documentation and Client Support:

    • Create essential documents such as Statements of Purpose (SOPs), cover letters, and detailed checklists tailored to each client's specific needs.
    • Provide ongoing support and timely updates to clients regarding the status of their visa applications, ensuring a transparent and reassuring customer experience.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and diligent follow-up.
    • Utilize CRM systems to manage client information, track sales activities, and document all client interactions to enhance future engagements.

    Market and Regulatory Knowledge:

    • Keep updated on the latest developments in visa policies, regulations, and procedures to provide clients with the most current and accurate information.
    • Share insights and updates with both clients and team members to ensure the company's services remain competitive and compliant.

    Lead Generation and Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities by monitoring industry trends, participating in industry events, and networking with potential clients.
    • Generate leads through targeted outreach such as cold calling and email marketing, converting leads into clients by tailoring pitches to their specific needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Visa Consultant with strong sales capabilities in the visa consultancy or immigration services industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of visa application processes and requirements, particularly tourist and student for major destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland and the Schengen Area.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and close sales.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to handle inbound and outbound communications effectively, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

    Experience:

    · Minimum of 2+ years of experience in visa consultancy or immigration services, with a strong track record in sales.

    · Previous experience in handling visa applications for the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland and the Schengen Area.
