    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon Advertising strategies to maximize ROI and achieve advertising goals.

    2. Conduct preliminary product and keyword research, identifying innovative approaches to enhance product ranking and visibility.

    3. Monitor marketplace changes and their impact on campaign performance, adapting strategies accordingly.

    4. Analyze trends and insights to optimize advertising spend and campaign performance effectively.

    5. Create detailed performance reports highlighting campaign strengths and weaknesses for management review.

    6. Manage day-to-day campaign delivery within budget constraints, focusing on account optimization and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

    7. Plan and execute visibility spends and consumer offers in collaboration with marketplaces, aligning these strategies with revenue goals.

    8. Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and media assets, to maximize visibility and conversion rates.

    9. Oversee A+ content, brand stores, and premium pages on Amazon, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.

    10. Enhance Amazon listings by improving text, images, and videos to drive engagement and sales.

    11. Provide regular performance updates and insights to management stakeholders.

    12. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, leveraging insights to optimize targeting, keywords, bids, and ad placements.

    13. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, implementing proactive changes to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

    14. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion rates.

    15. Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and best practices in Amazon Advertising, applying them to enhance campaign performance.

    16. Troubleshoot and resolve campaign-related issues promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

    17. Monitor competitors' advertising strategies and industry trends, recommending adjustments to maintain a competitive advantage.

    18. Continuously evaluate and refine advertising strategies based on performance data and market insights.

    Desired Candidate Requisites:

    · Graduate/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing.

    · Thorough understanding of e-commerce marketing, including SEO, keyword bidding, and online tracking systems.

    · Strategic thinking ability with a structural approach to solving growth challenges.

    · Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to challenge established norms for improvement.

    · Proficient in data analytics to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.

    · Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising platforms (AMS, Amazon Display, Sponsored Products, DSP) and familiarity with Flipkart ADP and PLA.
