Touchstone Educationals LLP is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students who are seeking to study in Canada and Australia. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the admission process and requirements for international universities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in education counseling or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of admission processes for international universities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English and Punjabi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding admission processes for international universities
• Assist students in preparing applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Advise students on course selection, program requirements, and university options
• Stay updated with the admission requirements and policies of various international universities
• Coordinate with university representatives and assist in organizing university visits and events
• Maintain students' records and ensure confidentiality of information
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective students
• Collaborate with the academic team to provide seamless support to students
