- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters along with the Senior account manager where needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of work and solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Value selling
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly, monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with all internal teams ensure smooth delivery , quality output and to identify and grow opportunities on key accounts
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Attend and co-ordinate all calls and meetings for the internal team with the clients
- Coordinate invoicing with finance. This includes ensuring all Proforma Invoices and Invoices and done properly
- Ensure all contracts are made for clients and checked thoroughly
- Follow up on payments and ensure escalate delays in the same on time
- Attending all internal review meetings and present the teams numbers and projections
- Submitting regular updates
- Attending all trainings organized
- Experience 2-3 years
- Agency experience is a MUST
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
