    Job Description for Client Servicing Manager

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters along with the Senior account manager where needed.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of work and solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Value selling
    • Clearly communicate the progress of weekly, monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
    • Forecast and track key account metrics
    • Prepare reports on account status
    • Collaborate with all internal teams ensure smooth delivery , quality output and to identify and grow opportunities on key accounts
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
    • Attend and co-ordinate all calls and meetings for the internal team with the clients
    • Coordinate invoicing with finance. This includes ensuring all Proforma Invoices and Invoices and done properly
    • Ensure all contracts are made for clients and checked thoroughly
    • Follow up on payments and ensure escalate delays in the same on time
    • Attending all internal review meetings and present the teams numbers and projections
    • Submitting regular updates
    • Attending all trainings organized
    • Experience 2-3 years
    • Agency experience is a MUST
    • Immediate Joiners Preferred
