    Overview:

    In this role the Manager (Actuation Systems) actively participate in NPI, redesign and sustenance activities of systems & software design, development, verification, and validation.

    Position: Principal Engineer- P4

    Primary Responsibilities:


    •Manages, develops, and motivates a team of Systems engineers to deliver engineering solutions.

    •Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports.

    •Performs project Planning, develops and administers budget, schedules and performance standards.

    •Performs resource planning, analyses hiring requirements, metrics and trends to influence team strategy and performance

    •Leads departmental initiatives to enhance organization process improvements.

    •Manages project technical risks and develops mitigation plan

    •Performs Competency Assessment and Leadership development Review
    Strong affinity towards technology & innovation and drives new technology ideas & development

    Basic Qualifications:

    •10+ years of Industry experience with experience in Systems Design, Development and Verification activities with at least 4 Years of experience in Project and People Management.

    •Hands on experience in Systems Design / Development / Verification / Validation.

    •Hands on experience with Model Based Systems Engineering using Matlab/Simulink / Cameo System Modeler.

    •Good Knowledge in ARP 4754 process.

    •Good knowledge in Systems development lifecycle and Standards

    •BE/B-tech/MTech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

    •Good communication and team building capabilities.

    •Experience on Agile project execution.
