We are currently spearheading the growth of a dynamic coworking space business that's experiencing rapid expansion in response to the evolving needs of modern professionals and businesses. We are passionate about creating a collaborative and thriving community where individuals and businesses can thrive.

We have 4 units, up and running successfully and expanding in some key locations. Our vision is to take OFFICE REPUBLIC in top 20 list of Indian coworking & Managed office brand in next 5 years.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at OFFICE REPUBLIC in Bengaluru. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for driving business growth, community engagement, overseeing the facility, building and maintaining relationships with members, coordinating events and networking opportunities.

We are interested to have a conversation with you if your expertise is in Business Development or Sales would that brings invaluable insights and capabilities to our team as we continue to scale and innovate. We are looking for a co-founder / founding team member to come on board with some skin-in-the-game and a token investment towards up-front equity allocation is a prerequisite.
