    Job Title: Business Development Executive - EdTech

    Role & Responsibilities:

    Prospect Generation:- Identify learning needs and generate prospects for educational programs.

    Client Engagement:

    Provide program details to prospective clients and conduct in-person demos to build a strong client pipeline.

    Sales Targets:- Meet daily and weekly enrollment targets. Market Research:- Conduct market research to maintain a lead database.

    Regional Penetration:- Travel within the city and occasionally to remote areas.

    Client Relationship:- Maintain healthy client relationships.

    Preferred Profile:

    Experience: -6 months to 1 year in B2B field sales in EdTech.

    Attitude:-Street-smart and highly motivated.

    Travel:-Daily in-city travel, occasional out-station.

    Driving:-Driving skills; owning a two-wheeler is preferred.

    Perks:

    Salary:-Competitive annual salary: 3,50,000 INR 6,00,000 INR

    Travel Allowance: Monthly travel allowance.

    Incentives:- Bi-weekly and monthly based on performance.
