    JOB PURPOSE: The counselor for executive education program at our NICMAR office, NCR will play a crucial role in supporting the professional development and well-being of individuals enrolled in executive education programs. It entails a combination of educational guidance, career counseling and conducting workshops on career development.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • information about executive education programs, curriculum details, and program requirements
    • participants in understanding the potential benefits and outcomes of the program for their career development
    • individuals in choosing appropriate courses or specializations based on their career goals and skills
    • one-on-one counseling sessions to assess participant's career aspirations, strengths, and areas for improvement
    • advise on career paths and opportunities aligned with the participant's professional objectives
    • expectations and responsibilities to help participants navigate the program successfully
    • check in with participants to monitor their academic progress and address any concerns or issues
    • networking opportunities for participants to connect with peers, industry professionals, and alumni
    • events or workshops that enhance participant's networking skills and promote long term relationships with professional community
    • Delegations:
    • any other related delegations and responsibilities as entrusted by relevant authorities

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:

    • Master's degree in counseling, education, or related field
    • Relevant experience in career counseling, preferably in executive education or professional development
    • Knowledge of adult learning principles and executive education trends
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
