- Lead the development team, that developes, deployes and supports the firmware and Hardware for Telematics / Connectivity ECUs.
- Recruiting team, coaching, mentoring, planning and appraising of job performance.
- Participate in proposal to improve developpment process and organisation
- Plan and ensure the execution of all engineering related tasks applicable for Firmware and Hardware develoment.
- Ensuring on-time support for design, development and delivery activities and interfacing with other internal stake holders including global teams.
- 15 to 20 years of experience in Embedded development.
- Required Skills:
- Experience and strong knowledge of embedded operating systems(Linux, Yocto, scheduling, BSP FW development, memory management, driver modules, etc)
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/ projects and Experience in planning, scheduling and risk assessment
- Good Communication and written skills.
- Ability to work multiple projects, prioritizes, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, quality-oriented environment.
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
