    Description

    1. Slay the Customer Service Game

    Oversee and manage the customer care vertical through all social media platforms to ensure exceptional service delivery.

    Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

    Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.

    Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

    2. Sales Management:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

    Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

    Reach out to Multi-designer stores for collaboration.

    3. Cross-Functional Co-ordination:

    Co-ordinate with other departments such as-(marketing team, logistics, Website and product teams) for seamless operations.

    Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings based on customer interactions.

    4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Utilize analytic tools to track and report on customer service and sales performance.

    Present regular reports to senior management with insights.

    5. Tools & Technology:

    Research on latest e-commerce & social media platforms and implementing them through CRM and other relevant softwares.

    6. Quality Assurance:

    Implement quality assurance programs to ensure accuracy and consistency in customer interactions.

    Monitor and evaluate customer care and sales representatives for adherence to brand standards.

    7. Content Creation

    Helping with shoots along with finalizing the idea and keeping track with new trends.

    Reach out to influencers/ stylists/celebrities for collaborations

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Proven experience in customer care and sales management, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
