    Role: Business Development Executive - IT

    Required Skill Set: Lead Generation, Sales cycle, Marketing Strategy, CRM Knowledge, Sales proposals, Communication and dealing with the client.

    Experience Range: 0 to 3 years

    Responsibilities

    • Sound knowledge of the IT services and experience of having worked in the IT industry and International Market.
    • Sales Presentation of company profile and services
    • Study the Clients, identify potential clients, and generate leads and opportunities.
    • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle starting from Prospecting till Sales Conversion.
    • Give directions on different channels to build reliable database.
    • Set targets to the inside sales team and ensure that the targets are met.
    • Should have very good persuasive communication skills in English.
    • Lead generation through bidding portal Like. UpWork, Freelancer, Truelancer and Others
    • Good knowledge in building a very competitive sales proposals with specific value propositions for clients and leading closure of sales.
    • Act as an interface between potential clients and the development team during the sales closure phase and in other phases wherever required.
    • Need to run regular email campaigns.
    • Gathering customer requirement over the call

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor's higher-level degree in Computer Engineering BBA, MBA, BTech / IT/ BCA / MCA / Diploma IT & Computer Science is necessary with a minimum good academic background.
