    KeyResponsibilities:

    CreativeStrategy DevelopmentDevelopand implement creative communication strategies tailored to theIndian market.
    Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to align creative initiatives with overallbusiness objectives.


    Hiring andManagement:

    Experience inrecruiting managing and fostering strong relationships withproduction houses creative agencies and freelancers based inIndia.
    Coordinate and oversee the executionof creative projects ensuring alignment with brandguidelines.


    ContentCreation:

    Leadthe ideation and creation of compelling ads and creative assets forthe Indian marketing that resonates with the Indianaudience.
    Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders to ensure content meets quality standards andbrand guidelines.


    PerformanceMarketing:

    Proven experiencein creating effective ads for various platforms with a focus onmeasuring performance and optimizingcampaigns.
    Implement strategies to enhancebrand visibility and engagement through performance marketingchannels.


    Analytics andReporting:

    Utilize analyticstools to measure the effectiveness of creativecampaigns.
    Provide regular reports andinsights to the leadership team highlighting key performanceindicators and areas forimprovement.

    Qualifications:
    EducationalBackground:Bachelors degreein Marketing Media Communications or a related field. A master sdegree is a plus.


    ProfessionalExperience:

    Minimum 7 years ofexperience in creative communications with a focus on the Indianmarket.
    Proven track record of successfullymanaging creative teams and externalpartners.


    TechnicalSkills:

    Proficient in usingcreative software and tools.
    Experience withperformance marketing platforms and analyticstools.


    PreferredSkills:

    Strong background increating and optimizing ads for digitalplatforms.
    Familiarity with measuring andanalyzing performance metrics in performancemarketing.
