Description
Should have an MBA/BE degree with at least 8+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of experience in project management and to be from Data & Analytics background.
PMP, Agile or Scrum certification is preferred.
Should have experience in Project management software tools like TFS/JIRA etc.
Should be a quick learner with an analytical bend of mind
Should have working experience with BI/DWH development & design
Should possess good knowledge of machine learning, statistics, data warehouses and data modelling
Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills
Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Should be able to manage end-to-end product/project life cycle
Experience working in an Agile Development environment
Proven ability to understand and troubleshoot complex problems under pressure
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
Understand the current Analytics offering and cater to the CR's/business issues and ensure the BAU.
Able to host & drive Scrum call in Agile working methodology.
Should Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of all the projects.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and longterm goals.
