    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting & Inventory Manager at SCANDALous Foods (ADITOF) in Nashik. He/she will be responsible for:

    managing inventory and tracking stock movements.

    conducting cost accounting analyses,

    Providing financial insights and reports.

    Process daily business payments through NFT/RTGS & IMPS.

    Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.

    Perform daily bank reconciliations.

    Update daily receipt & payment transactions in Tally.

    Maintain all vendor and customer invoices in Tally.

    Ensure the integrity of accounting information by verifying, allocating, posting, and entering transactions.

    Manage inventory and generate inventory reports.

    Generate monthly cash flow statements.

    Conduct Tally scrutiny and assist with monthly book closings.

    Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and issues.

    Identify errors and implement corrective actions for improvement.

    Review accounting systems and make suggestions for improvements.

    Complete banking-related tasks.

    Provide support in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

    Prepare monthly GST/TDS/PT working papers and filings.

    Have a good understanding of statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.).

    Collate & make the departments adhere to petty cash & advances management

    Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimize inventory management.

    Qualifications

    • Inventory Accounting and Cost Accounting skills
    • Advanced MS Excel Skills
    • Experience in managing inventory and tracking stock movements
    • Proficiency in journal entries and accounting processes
    • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and optimize inventory management
    • Knowledge of finance principles and financial analysis
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
    • Effective communication & coordination skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Relevant certifications are a plus
    • Knowledge of Tally ERP Software.
    • 3 to 6 years experience
    • Work experience with a CA firm or experience at a manufacturing unit will be preferred
