    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Should be good in managing 15-20-member team and the deliverables.Able to talk to the customer team and able to support the reports/deliverables/milestones/without any escalations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement microservices-based solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
    • Implement secure and reliable communication between microservices and other components of the system.
    • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the microservices architecture, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Optimize application performance, scalability, and response times through continuous improvements

    Critical Skills to Possess:

    • Proven experience as a Java developer, with a focus on Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
    • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.
    • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus.
    • Knowledge of security practices and techniques for securing microservices is a plus.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
