    Accounts Payable Specialist Role at Cognex Sensors India Pvt Ltd

    We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process invoices and employee expense reports accurately in SAP, adhering to the company's corporate policies and procedures.
    • Manage weekly supplier payment runs, ensuring all invoices are paid within agreed credit terms.
    • Perform month-end close for different legal entities, including preparation of month-end accruals.
    • Conduct monthly supplier account reconciliations.
    • Maintain and develop strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure high levels of customer service.
    • Assist in preparing audits for external and internal auditors.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrate attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy.
    • Show ability to work under tight corporate deadlines.
    • Exhibit the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with various levels of the organization and customers.
    • Possess good working knowledge of computerized systems, preferably SAP.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
    • A minimum of 3+ years of work experience, preferably with specific experience in Accounts Payable.
    • A second language is desirable.
