    About Our Client

    Our client is a leading textile yarn manufacturing company with 5 manufacturing units and over 30 years of experience in the industry.

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced operations manager to report directly to our director of operations. Key responsibilities will include:

    • Managing functions such as quality, production, research and development, stores, maintenance, engineering, and factory procurement.
    • Upgrading existing operational processes to improve efficiency.
    • Overseeing the operations and manufacturing of multiple plants.
    • Maintaining daily plant activities, including all operations and processes.
    • Collaborating with maintenance and repair teams to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Designing and implementing new product lines, ensuring seamless integration.
    • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations.
    • Implementing operational excellence for processes in place at the plant.

    The Ideal Candidate

    A successful candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of experience as a plant head or unit head in a manufacturing industry. They should have led a team of production, quality, maintenance, stores, and warehousing professionals. Candidates from other industries with similar experience may also be considered. Only candidates who can relocate to Silvassa should apply. The ideal candidate should be up to 48 years of age. We look forward to hearing from you.
