    Job Description

    At our core, we are a group of makers - designers, developers, product & project managers. We care about our work and think of it as a craft. We're always learning so we can build better and faster.

    As a project manager, you will build product roadmaps, run agile ceremonies, and manage stakeholder expectations.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Care: Take charge of the project. Test each change. Be an advocate for the customer's customer.
    • Be Agile: Run standups, demos, and retrospectives.
    • Educate: Educate stakeholders about software development processes.
    • Communicate: Both with the team and the customers. Give clear requirements and set the right expectations.
    • Document: Create elaborate documentation and follow processes to run the project efficiently.
    Requirements
    • Should have a history of managing large projects.
    • Good understanding of agile software development processes.
    • Should be able to run teams and keep people motivated throughout the project.
