As a Salesforce Developer with one of our client, a German IT Service Provider ( a 25 Year old company), you will play a critical role in guiding our customers through the strategic design and implementation of Salesforce development. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, strong technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System and/or Application Architect.

• A strong customer-focused mindset, with an ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

• Exceptional team orientation and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

• Several 5 Years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform in roles such as technical consultant, and having a European/International Customer Experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
