    Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - International Sales Tufropes Private Limited


    Job description:

    Role & responsibilities:

    • Plan and forecast presence of sales activities through trade shows for new product introductions.
    • Selling the products and services to the customer/clients of the company and convincing them about the usability and advantages
    • Playing a key role in the sales profits and gains of the company
    • Upholding the sales documents and reports of the business deals
    • Formulating the annual, half yearly, monthly and daily reports of the sales profits of the establishment
    • Studying, examining and recognizing the competition in the geographic
    • Strategizing and enforcing tasks undertaken for enhancing sales bookings
    • Prepare requisite reporting (call reports, trip reports, expense reports, customer call documentation etc) as required or directed by the management.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records relating to sales performance, planning, account information, business expenditures or as otherwise requested
    • Developing and enhancing different creative selling plans and programs and implementing them to step up the sales & services.
    • Backing up the sales of the establishment and maintaining efficient and functional selling
    • Enhancing and upholding good bonds with the international clients to step up the business of the establishment.

    Functional Skills:

    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
    • Proactive with ability to foresee and forecast.
    • Understanding the Business Requirements
    • Enhancing the sales by new customer acquisition.
    • Legal contracts for Goods and services.
    • Providing excellent customer service (pre and post sales)
    • Analytical and Critical thinking ability.
    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Polymer preferred),
    • MBA, Postgraduate in Management
    • International Marketing
    years relevant exposure in International Sales

    • Must have travelled to the respective assigned territories.
    • Must be holding a valid Driving License
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Having exposure in SAP (added advantage)
    • Foreign Language proficiency (added advantage)
