This is a full-time on-site role as a Visa Officer at HM Aviation Pvt Ltd. The Visa Officer will be responsible for handling visa processes and ensuring compliance with immigration policies. They will also assist in resolving immigration issues, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with clients and authorities.

• Visas and Immigration Issues: Experience and knowledge in handling visa processes and resolving immigration issues.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and authorities.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information accurately and professionally.
• Knowledge of aviation industry and regulations is a plus
• Experience in a similar role or in the travel industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
