• Experienced Delphi Developer (6- 8 years)
• Play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software within established timelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain Delphi-based applications for the banking project.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of Delphi applications with existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, from initial concept to deployment and support.

• Proven experience as a Delphi Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful banking projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Delphi programming language and familiarity with RAD Studio.
• Solid understanding of banking processes and financial systems.
• Experience in database design and SQL, preferably with knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
