ValGenesis is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer - DevOps to join our engineering team. If you are passionate about DevOps practices, automation, and improving the software development lifecycle, then we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Develop CI/CD pipelines of enterprise cloud products from the ground up.
• Work with the developers and the SaaS operations to oversee the code deployments/releases.
• Incorporate the best DevOps capabilities into development.
• Design and implement a tool integration strategy considering DevSecOps principles.
• Implement DevOps development process - version control, source control, build infrastructure, code flow, application configuration, secrets, etc.
• Implement continuous integration – code quality, security policies, build, containerization, etc.
• Implement continuous delivery – release workflow, deployment patterns, etc.
• Implement dependency management.
• Design infrastructure and configuration management in collaboration with the SaaS Operations team.
• Strive for self-excellence along with enabling the success of the team/stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in building Cloud CI/CD DevOps pipelines.
• Strong experience in scripting languages – Python, Javascript, Bash, Shell, etc
• Strong experience in configuration management tools - Ansible, Terraform, Chef, etc
• Strong experience in containerization – Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong experience in Azure Cloud – PowerShell, CLI, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, AKS, AD, VM, etc
• Strong experience with Enterprise GitHub
