    1. Recruitment and Selection
    2. Responsible for Induction & joining formalities
    3. Attendance & Leave Management
    4. Manpower contract labour handling and agreements
    5. Employee engagement activities
    6. Responsible for payroll and salary disbursement.
    7. PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory payments.
    8. Coordinating internal and external audits

    9. Exit Formalities

    10. Employee Welfare / Relations-
