- Liaise with the internal business team (SP.UW, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications
- Requirements elicitation and System solution designing
- Define the customer journey
- Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries
- Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers
- Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development
- 7 to 12 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products
- Hands on experience with SQL, API
- Knowledge of the insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims). Expertise in any one of the processes is a must
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- Managerial skill can be considered
