    JobResponsibilities

    This candidate will bea subject matter expert for social channels and influencerledcampaigns within the team. He/She will demonstrate strong ownershipattention to detail and maintain clear and concise communicationacross leadership levels. He/She is an advocate for the customerexperience on Social Media providing ongoing socialspecificinsights.

    • Own the social mediastrategy which includes content creation ORM & monthlycalendars
    • Develop and launch paid social mediacampaigns for all owned brands. Make sure we build robust mediastrategy and share learnings on a regular basis to make sure we areconsistently improving. Responsibilities include campaign testingand learning sharing reporting etc.
    • Managecreative media & influencer agencies to plan and executecampaigns.
    • Create social first campaigns withan objective to deliver on the KPIs.
    • Analyzeand report social channel and activation performance to quantifythe effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalablelearnings.
    • Own social media listeningmonitoring & reporting.
    • Work with platformpartners to ensure the business is adopting the latest productfeatures and best practices.
    • Continuouslyideate and innovate within the socialspace.

    BasicQualifications

    • 2 years relevantprofessional experience in social media management and/or socialmedia planning
    • Passion for social media andunderstanding of its business impact
    • Experienceworking within crossfunctional marketing and creativeteams
    • Experience managing and negotiating mediaand content contracts
    • Understanding of creativedevelopment process and mediaplanning

    PreferredSkills

    • Proven track record ofdelivering high quality social media campaigns in very dynamicenvironments
    • Highly detailoriented excellentorganizational skills and ability tomultitask
    • Strong analytical and quantitativeskills ability to capture and use various data points to developand measure marketing programs
    • Excellent oraland written communication skills and an ability to influenceothers
    • Ability to partner crossfunctionally andwork with a wide range ofstakeholders
