    Job Overview

    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM professional to join our team at Reva HR Solutions. As a Workday HCM specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Workday HCM system, implementing new modules, and providing support and training to end users. This role requires a strong understanding of HR business processes and a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday HCM.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in implementing and managing Workday HCM
    • Proven experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday HCM modules.
    • Strong understanding of HR and HCM processes, including payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and reporting.
    • Workday certification (e.g., Workday Pro, Workday HCM Consultant) is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
    • Project management skills are beneficial for leading Workday implementations

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the Workday HCM system, including configuration, data management, and security administration
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features and modules in Workday HCM
    • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, resolving any system-related issues in a timely manner
    • Conduct user training and create documentation to enable self-service usage of the Workday HCM system
    • Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements, and recommend best practices to optimize system performance
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all Workday HCM activities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday HCM with other HR systems and applications
    • Participate in system testing and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
