- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 4 to 6 years of experience in implementing and managing Workday HCM
- Proven experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Workday HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of HR and HCM processes, including payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and reporting.
- Workday certification (e.g., Workday Pro, Workday HCM Consultant) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
- Project management skills are beneficial for leading Workday implementations
- Manage and maintain the Workday HCM system, including configuration, data management, and security administration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features and modules in Workday HCM
- Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, resolving any system-related issues in a timely manner
- Conduct user training and create documentation to enable self-service usage of the Workday HCM system
- Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements, and recommend best practices to optimize system performance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all Workday HCM activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday HCM with other HR systems and applications
- Participate in system testing and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
