    Experience Level: 3+ Years

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Frontend Developer at BlinkLink's location at Blinklink India - Bangalore HSR Layout. We are seeking a talented and experienced React Developer with a minimum of 3 years of

    hands-on experience in building modern web applications. The ideal candidate should be

    well-versed in React, state management (Redux / RTK), Redux-Saga / Thunk, JavaScript /

    Typescript, HTML, CSS, Sass, and related web technologies, demonstrating a strong

    understanding of front-end development best practices and a passion for creating scalable

    and maintainable code.

    Front-end Development:

    • Develop and maintain user interfaces for web applications using / Typescript.
    • Good understanding and experience in Javascript and related technologies (HTML, HTMX (yes), Thymeleaf, Next Js, and others)
    • State Management: Implement and manage state using Redux for efficient data flow within the application.
    • Asynchronous Operations: Utilize Redux Saga to handle the application's asynchronous operations and side effects.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Code Reviews: Participate in and conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
    • Testing: Write unit tests and participate in the development of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the application's robustness.
    • Optimization: Identify and implement performance optimizations to enhance the overall user experience.
    • Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for the codebase and architecture.

    Requirements:

    Education: Ideally, a computer science engineering degree is required, but no if you have projects to showcase relevant to the technical skills below.

    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in React development.

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
    • Thorough understanding of React and its core principles.
    • Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
    • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn, etc
    • Experience with state management using Redux and asynchronous operations with Redux Saga.
    • Solid understanding of front-end build tools, such as Webpack.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
    • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
    • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders is desirable.
