    The Role

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
    • Office Management.
    • Communication and Correspondence
    • Data Analysis, Management, and Reporting
    • Event Coordination

    • Required Candidate profile
    • Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities.
    • Connecting with vendors for various tasks
    • Coordination with office boys and courier services.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Real Estate, IT and Professional Services industry.
    • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
    • You ideally have prior accounting experience.
    • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
