Roles & Responsibilities:
Collecting payroll legal regulations for various countries through internal researchAnalyzing the legal and business requirements and supporting development team in preparing software requirement specification.
Work closely with the development team to explain the requirements and get the statutory regulations developed in the productConnect with the authorities and consultants to gather requirements and raise relevant questionsWork with synergy along with different teams across the organizationReview changes in the product, validate the test results and provide timely feedback.
Discuss customer queries with the teams and proactively resolve the same.Desired Skills:
A dynamic, self-driven achiever with relevant experience in Individual taxation covering payroll legal regulation for one or more countriesHands-on experience in global payroll product compliance to large organizations across countries is a definite plus.
Self-motivation and drive to work with minimal supervisionGood communication & Interpersonal skills, extrovertConfidence, Resilience and determined approachAcademic excellence and consistency, with relevant education background / certificationsWilling to learn technology and payroll productPrior Experience in any HCM product will be an added advantageEligibility:
Education qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / bachelor's or master's degree in commerce)Minimum 1 years' experience similar to the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities
