    We invite applications for the role of Assistant Manager /Manager/Senior Manager – P&C Insurance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead process and people with direct client relations and handling
    • Manage teams of 40-60+, working in environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Oversee FTEs, SMEs, Management Trainees, and Assistant Managers based on budget requirements and leadership directions
    • Achieve process optimization, operation management, client servicing, and team management with a focus on cost control, revenue maximization, and strategic planning and change management
    • Drive operational rigor, manage SLAs and KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements/efficiency
    • Possess good knowledge of P&C Insurance Claims, with experience in team leading and client handling
    • Develop MIS skills to drive insightful performance deep dives with clients, responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to internal management and client stakeholders
    • Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with international client stakeholders
    • Exercise good judgment in team environments
    • Provide quality control for all policy types generated by the business unit
    • Ensure turnaround time and document quality meet company service standards
    • Manage work processes and support team efforts to achieve individual, team, and office goals
    • Understand risks faced by the function and controls in place to manage and mitigate them
    • Facilitate goal-level creation for the broader function and work with managers to ensure goals cascade to associates
    • Approve hiring and redeployment requests within the group
    • Effectively manage and monitor queues
    • Share RCAs on escalations received, with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Possess wing-to-wing knowledge of FNOL, SNOL, Payments Closings, and other claims-related activities
    • Support knowledge transfer during process transitions from business sites
    • Innovate ideas to error-proof processes and reduce manual interventions
    • Conduct and participate in knowledge transfer sessions for new joiners in the team

    Qualifications We Seek In You:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Relevant team-leading experience in the Claims P&C Insurance industry
    • Good communication skills for client handling

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • MIS skills - Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Excel and Word
    • Preferred certification: AINS, IIA, CIP, CPCU
    • Green Belt certification
    • Onsite transition experience
