- Preparation of Deliverable list & Schedule, Man-hour estimate, Resource Requirement and Progress report.
- Providing input to Project Planning Engineer to prepare Project Schedule.
- Coordination with other departments for input/output data and participation in project management meetings.
- Participating design/ progress review meeting with client.
- Co-ordination with Clients/ sub consultants /contractors.
- Preparation of tender document /technical bid analysis /proposals.
- Preparation of design basis, technical specifications, concept notes, calculation reports etc.
- Electrical analysis and design of electrical equipment such as Transformer, DG, Cables, Electrical panels, UPS, Lighting, Earthing etc., by using various engineering techniques / standards and soft wares like CG-Lux, Dilux etc.
- Validation and inspection of Electrical equipment.
- Standardization of design procedures.
- Checking of design calculations.
- Providing guidance to design engineers and draftsmen in group.
- Review of vendor drawings.
- Preparation of calculation reports etc.
- Hand on experiences industrial electrical project.
- Knowledge of 3D-Modelling software, Auto-CAD 2D
- ISO certified company environment
- Relevant Industrial design codes such as IS / IEC / NEC / API / IEEE Codes & standards.
- He / She should be comfortable with short domestic/ international trips to site.
- Graduate/ Postgraduate (Regular only) in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in electrical design and detail engineering in projects of oil & gas (onshore ) /petrochemical/ chemical/Pharmaceutical.
