• Lead and manage enterpriselevel projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project objectives are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Team Leadership: Build, manage, and lead crossfunctional project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to team members.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
• Create and manage project budgets, tracking and reporting on project financials. Identify and address budget variances.
• Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, changes, and risks.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Implement effective change management processes to handle project scope changes and unexpected challenges.
