    Customer Support Executive

    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to oversee our team of customer support representatives. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures that ensure exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery.
    • Oversee the entire customer service process, from initial contact to resolution.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Plan and execute training programs to standardize service delivery.
    • Select and hire new staff members who align with our company values.
    • Mentor and monitor the performance of individual representatives and the team as a whole.
    • Conduct quality assurance surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and provide feedback to staff.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field.
    • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proven ability to lead a team and motivate individuals to achieve high standards.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and computer skills.
